Certain preventive services will be provided with no out-of-pocket cost for new plans starting on or after September 23, 2010. Dependents under age 26 may be insured under their parent's plan on or after September 23, 2010. New small business tax credits for providing health insurance to employees are available starting in 2010. Health insurance will be required for most Americans by 2014. |
